Capillary Pressure / Resistivity Core Holder

Function. Hydrostatic core holder combining electrical measurement with capillary-pressure control via a pressure-calibrated water-wet semi-permeable ceramic between the flow distributor and the core.

Controlled. Hydrostatic confining pressure; capillary pressure via semi-permeable ceramic; electrical excitation.

Measured. Capillary pressure, saturation and resistivity.

Configuration. Ceramic threshold and electrode arrangement specified per project.

Bore diameter, length, pressure and temperature ratings, sleeve and wetted materials, end connections and instrumentation are configured per project. Guaranteed performance and included hardware are stated only in the project-specific technical proposal and approved datasheet.
