  • Industrial-scale High-pressure Anti-corrosion Hastelloy C276 Chemical Reactor.

    Hastelloy C276 reactor have good resistance to oxidizing salt, hypochlorite, reducing, both oxidizing and non-oxidizing acids. Excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance with very good resistance to localized attack.

    Corrosion Resistance & Applications

    • Resistance in reducing environments;
    • Oxidizing salts,such as ferric and cupric chlorides;
    • Phosphoric acid;
    • Methylene diphenyl isocyanate(MDI);
    • Acetic acid production
    • Volume: 500-10000liters.
    • Design pressure: maximum up to 100bar
    • Design temperature: Up to 350℃
    • Material:Hastelloy (C-276)

    Low carbon content which minimizes grain-boundary carbide precipitation during welding to maintain resistance to corrosion in heat-affected zones of welded joints

    Note: Hastelloy (C-276) cladding plates could be considered when pressure is large, base material for strength and titanium clad for anti-corrosion.
