Threaded Flange Class 150-Class 2500

Threaded flanges connect threaded pipe, valves and equipment to a bolted, gasketed flange joint without welding. This item is a stainless steel SS316 or SS304 female thread flange to ANSI B16.5 in Class 150 through Class 2500, sizes 1/2 in to 24 in, of round form with a raised face (RF) sealing surface.

How it works

The male threaded pipe end screws into the female thread in the flange bore. The flange is then bolted to a mating flange with a gasket between the raised faces, and the bolt load compresses the gasket to seal the joint. The pressure class is selected to match the pressure and temperature of the line.
