Pilot High Pressure Reactor with Elliptical Closure Head LEPHPRECH - elliptical Closure Head design of high pressure reactor is for high sealing，continues process and no cleaning requires.
This series stainless steel stirred pilot reactor is specially used in pharmaceutical process. The magnetic coupling drive (static seal), no leakage, smooth run, low noise and easy operation, which is widely used for high pressure, high vacuum and high temperature condition.
The top head type is elliptical type, which is welding connected with the barrel. This design will help the reactor working under the high pressure reactor, saving the cost instead of the flat cover. The disadvantage is, this kind of head can not be opened, and it can only be repaired and cleaned through the center stirring port, which is suitable for high sealing，continues process and less cleaning requires.
