Metric Hollow Hex Plugs
Hollow Hex Plugs are forged stainless steel male-thread plugs used to close unused threaded ports on high pressure pipework and equipment. The plug body carries an internal hex socket so that it can be driven with a hex key.
How it works
The plug is screwed into a female port of matching thread form. Metric thread sizes are supplied to order. Rated pressure is 6,000 psi and working temperature is -65 to 450 °F (-54 to 230 °C). Material is stainless steel; the grade is stated in the project datasheet.
