Gas-to-Liquid System
The Gas-to-Liquid System (model CT-FM-GTL) is a custom-built reactor system for gas-to-liquid process studies. It incorporates three tubular reactors that can be run in parallel, for comparative tests under separate conditions, or in a cascade arrangement, where the product of one reactor feeds the next.
How it works
Feed gas is routed to the reactors according to the selected arrangement, parallel or cascade. Pressure, temperature and flow are controlled for each reactor individually, and reactor conditions and product streams are measured. Volume, pressure and temperature ratings, wetted materials, seals and instrumentation are configured per project. The system belongs to the Coretest range of engineered pressure reactor systems built to customer specification, which also covers horizontal reactors, supercritical fluid units and biofuels research reactors.
What is included
