Top 120 Autoclave

The Top 120 Autoclave (LETOP120A) is a standard laboratory autoclave of the Top range, made for pressure work on large volumes with bodies between 1200 and 2700 ml. The range also includes the Top 30, 45, 60, 80, 100 and 160 models, and Top Plus Equipped and Top Plus HPHT Equipped versions delivered with accessories fitted.

How it works

The autoclave is a body and head assembly with a closure that is opened and shut quickly. The unit is compact, but because of its weight it is delivered as standard on an aluminum profile chassis. A system for raising and lowering the body is delivered with the autoclave to free the closure when opening. One Top 120 head is compatible with several bodies of different volumes, so a laboratory can run different batch sizes on the same head.

Pressure and temperature ratings, wetted materials, seals, heating, agitation and instrumentation are project-dependent and are stated in the project datasheet.
