Mechanical Vibration Test Systems
The Mechanical Vibration Test Systems LEGMV simulate vibration during transport for electronic products, components and spare parts, mechanical and electrical products, instrumentation and similar goods. A motor-driven mechanism produces fixed-displacement sine vibration in the vertical direction, which suits endurance and fatigue tests where a set frequency and amplitude are needed rather than programmable profiles. Tests are run according to GB, UL, IEC and other standards.
How it works
Vibration is generated by centrifugal excitation with low mechanical noise. Synchronous reverse movement of the exciter keeps the table even. Amplitude is adjusted steplessly to match the test requirements of different products. The PC control interface is in Chinese and English, connects over an RS232 9-pin serial port or a USB port, and prints test reports. Test methods are fixed frequency, sweep frequency (linear or logarithmic) and multi-stage random. Damping airbags on casters remove the need for a special foundation.
The LEGMV3000 covers 5 to 100 Hz at 0 to 3 mm peak-to-peak amplitude for payloads up to 130 kg. The LEGMV8000 has a 1000 x 800 mm table, covers 10 to 60 Hz at 0 to 2.6 mm peak-to-peak and carries up to 300 kg. Both reach 0 to 11 G acceleration. Machine size is 750 x 550 x 690 mm (250 kg) and 1000 x 800 x 655 mm (500 kg) respectively. Power supply options are AC single phase 110 V or 220 V, or three phase 380 V, 50/60 Hz.
