Economy Vibration Test Systems

The Economy Vibration Test System (LEVB60S) is a vertical vibration table for vibration and engineering tests in the laboratory or on a production line. Typical work is component screening and package evaluation. The table runs fixed-frequency and sweep-frequency tests over 15 to 60 Hz, with a maximum displacement of 2.5 mm peak to peak, a maximum acceleration of 14 g and a maximum payload of 50 kg.

How it works

The specimen is mounted on a 600 x 500 mm table that vibrates in the vertical direction. The operator selects the test method. A fixed-frequency test holds one frequency, and a sweep test moves across the frequency range. Frequency, displacement, acceleration and payload together form the test envelope. The profile required for a given specimen and fixture is checked against that envelope when the project is quoted.

The machine measures 500 x 600 x 390 mm (L x W x H) and weighs 140 kg. It runs on AC 110 V or 220 V, 50/60 Hz. Power consumption is stated in the project datasheet. The system is intended for routine testing where a full high-force shaker is not needed.
