Vacuum Sintering Furnace LEVSF is mainly used for the sintering of metal and ceramic injection molded parts (MIM) of stainless steel (nickel base), iron-based, titanium alloy, alloy steel and high-speed steel.
The heating element and the thermal insulation material are metal molybdenum, which can ensure the atmosphere in the vacuum chamber to be more pure, and is particularly suitable for the processing and manufacturing of medical device components (dental orthodontic products and living sampling pliers, etc.).
