Fracture conductivity system LEFCM1000
The LEFCM1000 perfectly determines short term and long term fracture conductivities in realistic down-hole conditions of stress, temperature and fluid flow. The results help to understand the relationship between temperature, fracture closure stress, proppant concentration and type, proppant embedment, fracturing fluid composition with fracture conductivity.
The conductivity tests can be performed using brine or nitrogen. The standard system encompasses an injection pump, two brine accumulators, inline heater, heated fracture conductivity cell, hydraulic press, pressure and differential pressure transducers, nitrogen gas flow line, two back-pressure regulators, two electronic balances, valves, plumbing and a data acquisition computer station.
