  • Standard Features

    Our pumps come with a range of standard features, including an intuitive touch screen user interface that allows for easy monitoring and changing of flow/pressure settings from a single screen. The user can view current pressure, flow rate, and volume pumped at all times. The standard dual cylinder pump provides infinite steady state flow and takes up less bench space than single cylinder pumps. Our pumps feature state-of-the-art motors and controllers for the best possible control and accuracy. The wiper seal design, featuring Viton O-ring seal with Teflon wiping backup and brass bushing, provides a superior seal and long lifespan. Our pumps are configurable with multiple inlet and outlet ports, including Autoclave W125, SF250CX, Swagelok, NPT, and more. User programmable safety limits ensure that warnings and shutdowns occur when pressure or flow rate limits are exceeded. Our pumps also come with 0.1% (full scale) accurate transducers and easy LAN connectivity, and can be easily integrated with external software using LabVIEW drivers/tool kits. The pumps also have a data acquisition program for recording pump parameters. Maintenance is simple, with seal replacement taking less than 5 minutes. Each pump undergoes rigorous QC testing to ensure accurate operation out of the box.

    Control Modes for Any Application
    Pressure Control – user defined target pressure and pressure ramp rate, pump will ramp and control at desired set point until user stops control.
    Flow Control – user defined flow rate, with the ability to pump infinite or definite volumes
    External Control – control to an external transducer. Anything that can be changed by pressure or flow rate can be controlled with this mode. Examples include pressure, fluid level, diameter (strain gauges, LVDT), the possibility are endless on what can be controlled. The pump provides a 24Vdc excitation to power transducers if needed and can control inputs from +/-10V. This feature is easy to set up and operational in just minutes
