High-pressure Plunger Pump LE/SET-AMR Series

High-pressure Plunger Pump LE/SET-AMR Series, depending on the configuration, allows for pumping both gases and liquids at high pressure. Our pumps can precisely pump substances with an accuracy of up to 0.0001 mL at a pressure of 1000 bar. All parts of the precision pump are made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials, which allows for pumping aggressive substances. The pump can be equipped with one or two cylinders to provide pulseless pumping.

The high-pressure plunger pump is equipped with specialized piston seals made of materials such as VITON, PTFE, PEEK, and KALREZ. The seals ensure long-lasting work and absolute system tightness. Pump control is carried out using software. This pump can also be used as a measuring device. The LE/SET-AMR series pump is capable of ensuring flow stability (no pressure and flow rate jumps).

The high-pressure plunger pump provides precise, accurate measurement of the pumped volume. Another feature of the LE/SET-AMR pump is the ability to operate in reverse mode (pumping out), which is necessary to provide back pressure. In addition to providing back pressure, the precision pump can operate in independent mode for each of the cylinders (independent filling of each cylinder with substance). Thanks to flexible software, the pump can be programmed for specific tasks.

Features:
- The ability for each of the two cylinders to operate independently at specified flow and pressure values. The software allows for easy switching between joint and separate operation modes.
- The pump can be controlled via a touch screen and/or a computer. Both options provide the ability to program the experiment and record data.
- The ability for pulseless fluid transfer with constant flow and pressure, and operation at pressures up to 1000 bar. The installation can transfer hot fluids up to a temperature of 250 °C.
Software

The installation comes with software that allows for precision dosing of substances and accurate volume measurement. The operator can select the operating mode and set the experiment parameters.

The plunger seal is made using a patented technology that allows the plunger to provide smooth and accurate substance transfer. Thanks to this technology, it ensures precise flow rate control and system tightness.

Pulseless flow

Thanks to the presence of two cylinders, the high-pressure plunger pump allows the liquid to be pumped with striking flow and pressure consistency. Valves that cover high-pressure lines operate in automated mode.
