    Use of battery impact tester

    Testing the safety performance of the battery through the different height of different weight according to the test rules,the battery should not ignite or explode. Principle for battery impact tester

    1. testing battery sample should be placed on a plane, with a diameter of 15.8 mm rod cross placed in the center of the sample position, a 9.1kg weight from 610 mm height drops to the sample
    2. place the battery sample on a flat surface and place a bar with a diameter of 15.8 mm(5/8 inch) across the central position of the sample. A weight of 9.1KG falls on the sample from a height of 610mm
