5 Valves Integration Manifolds

The 5 Valves Integration Manifold, model 5D-SS-FN8-A, mounts a differential pressure transmitter and combines block, equalize, vent and calibration functions in one stainless steel SS316 body. All valves are operated by hand. The manifold is rated to 6000 psi, has 1/2 inch threaded ports and is listed for water, oil, gas and alkaline or acidic liquids.

How it works

The block valves isolate the high and low process sides from the transmitter. Opening the equalizing path connects both sides across the transmitter, so it can be checked at equal pressure. The vent and test ports let the transmitter be depressurized and connected for calibration while the process stays blocked. Isolation and calibration of the transmitter on a flow measurement line are handled from one assembly.
