Double Ferrules Weld Connectors
Double Ferrule Weld Connectors (SS-WDC-MT-BW) are stainless steel compression fittings that join metric tubing to a butt-welded connection. Tube sizes run from 2 mm to 38 mm. The compression end grips the tube, and the weld end is welded into pipe or equipment, giving a permanent connection where tubing meets a fixed process line.
How it works
On the tube side, a nut drives two ferrules into the connector body as it is tightened. The ferrules seal on the tube outside diameter and hold it against pressure. The opposite end is prepared for a butt weld and joined to the mating pipe or port. The thread type is UNF. The connector is intended for high pressure and high temperature service; pressure and temperature ratings are stated in the project datasheet. Minimum order is 20 pieces.
