Wax deposition flow loop for stock tank oil LEWAXEVALA

The LEWAXEVALA studies the wax deposition phenomenon by circulating an oil sample in a loop and gradually reducing the temperature until reaching the WAT. Essentially, the device is an excellent tool that rapidly generates accurate & reliable results and can be utilized to evaluate the performance of inhibitors or dissolving agents as well as performing quality control.

The oil sample which can contain wax inhibitors, circulates in the loop using a recirculation pump whose flow rate is controlled by a flow meter. The sample is circulated inside the loop and pre-heated to a set temperature while the cooling bath progresses to its set temperature. Differential pressure and temperature are monitored and their derivatives over time are utilized to evaluate inhibitor efficiency.
