Laboratory Scale Catalytic Hydrogenation Reactor LELSCHR - this series lab high pressure reactor is a lab stirring device, which is applied in hydrogenation. This kinds of reactor can fulfilling the reaction of gas and liquid or other mixing mission under high temperature and high pressure
Magnetic coupling seal ensures no leakage in the reactor, which is especially suitable for the application of gas-liquid two-phase and hydrogenation application.
Hydrogen is sprayed out through the bottom tube or gas distributor. Under the stirring effect of the stirring paddle, the full diffusion and crushing of the gas in the liquid can be realized, so as to achieve the reaction and mixing.

- Laboratory autoclaves with 500 ml to 5 liters volume.
- Max pressure: 300 bar; Max temperature up to 500 ℃
- Low to high torque magnetic couplings: static seal with no leakage.
- Magnetic couplings and motor are driven by belt.
- Available material:SS304, SS316, Titanium, Nickel, Hastelloy B/C, Monel, Zirconium, Inconel, Tantalum.
- Hydrogen is sprayed out through the bottom tube or gas distributor.
