Steel Laboratory Reactor with a Fluoroplastic Coating LESLRFC was designed for users who need to prevent their product from contacting borosilicate glass or metal. The steel reactor is coated with a protective fluoroplastic coating, and the lid is made of PTFE. The agitator, temperature sensor, and other fittings also have a fluoroplastic coating.
Steel Reactors are classic chemical reactors with an elliptical bottom, drain valve, and lid. The vessel has a jacket for heating and cooling using an external circulatory thermostat. Depending on the working temperature, the reactor may have a layer of insulation.
Steel Reactors are made according to the user's task. Depending on the reactions conducted, reactors can be equipped with condensers (direct or reverse), dosing pumps or vacuum pumps, different sensors (RT100, pH, level, pressure, etc.). The agitator drive is selected based on the viscosity of the product, working speeds, and volume: it can be a laboratory stirrer or a more powerful motor gearbox.
As a rule, we fix the lid with all the elements on the stand, and the vessel can be disconnected and removed. To facilitate the lifting/lowering of the vessel, our reactors are equipped with various lifting mechanisms:
- manual winch lift
- motorized winch lift
- pneumatic lift.
