Laboratory Autoclave LELASET100 Series
The Laboratory Autoclave LELASET100 Series is designed to work with high pressure and temperature. The two-part lid construction provides convenience during operation. The central part of the autoclave lid can rotate independently of the threaded part, making sealing the lid and reactor easy and fast. In standard configuration, the autoclave is equipped with a PTFE cup. The reactor body and lid are made of high-alloyed austenitic stainless steel grade 321.
The LELASET100 Series laboratory autoclave is equipped with a special insert at the bottom of the reactor. During the experiment, the installation is heated, which results in thermal expansion of the body and PTFE cup materials. The insert significantly facilitates the process of removing the cup from the reactor body. The autoclave body and lid can be made of materials such as Hastelloy C-276, Titanium, SS316, sapphire, and borosilicate glass. Upon request, the material can be selected individually.
The LELASET100 Series laboratory autoclave has a special protective coating on the thread, which makes the threaded connection easy to tighten and loosen. The operating parameters of the autoclave can be expanded upon the customer's request. One of the advantages of LELASET10 autoclaves is the flexibility of configurations and a wide range of available options. The LELASET100 Series can be supplied as a standalone autoclave or as a reactor system (mounted on a frame).

Features
- The small volume of the autoclave allows for quick heating. The heating jacket is located as close as possible to the reactor body (essentially enveloping it). Heat losses in this configuration are minimal.
- A protective jacket for the heating jacket eliminates the possibility of the Operator getting burned and also allows for thermal insulation to be placed around the reactor.
- An insert at the bottom of the reactor allows for easy removal of the PTFE cup from the autoclave vessel.
Easy and Reliable in Operation

Thanks to precision-fitted parts, the autoclave is very simple and convenient to operate. The thread has a special coating that ensures easy tightening of the cover and increases the wear resistance of the rubbing surfaces.

Threaded Cover and Body

The cover consists of two independently rotating parts: the central and threaded parts. The components of the cover are connected by a bearing assembly. Thanks to this design, the hardware (pressure gauge, pressure sensor, high-pressure tubes, and valves) can remain stationary while tightening the cover.
Flexibility in Configurations

Any autoclave from the LELASET100 line can be produced in a custom configuration to meet the requirements of the Customer. Our engineers can adapt the installation and provide the best technical solution for your laboratory.
We Stand Behind Our Quality

LELASET100 chemical reactors are produced on machines with numerical program control, which allows for precision fitting of parts. After production, all products undergo internal quality control, certification, and factory testing. The entire line of LELASET100 autoclaves is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning. In addition to the main warranty, our company provides post-warranty technical support.
Insert for Removing the Cup

To quickly and easily remove the Teflon cup at the bottom of the reactor, the design includes a special insert. To remove the cup, simply press on the cylindrical insert.

Hardware
The hardware installed on LELASET100 reactors meets high requirements and international standards for high-pressure hardware. The installation comes standard with FITOK valves and fittings. Upon request, hardware from any brand can be installed for the Customer.

Sapphire cell Mixing device High-pressure precision pump The reactor can be equipped with sapphire windows. These windows allow for visual observation of processes occurring under thermobaric conditions. The reactor vessel can be entirely made of sapphire. A mixing device with a magnetic coupling provides efficient mixing of fluids with different viscosities under conditions of high pressure and temperature. A plunger precision high-pressure pump delivers substances with a maximum pressure of 1000 bar and an accuracy of 0.0005 ml.

Control block Cooling circuit Sampling system The control unit allows for monitoring and recording of experimental parameters during the reaction process. The control unit can be equipped with either a touchscreen or can output data to a PC. The cooling system is designed for fast and efficient cooling of the reactor contents. The system can be cooled by air, liquid, or a heat transfer fluid. The cooling system is made of materials that are corrosion-resistant in the autoclave's working environment. One of the most common options in medium-sized reactors. The sampling system consists of a dip tube, three shut-off valves, and a sampling cylinder.

Material containe Heating jacket Rotary mechanism The material container provides convenient loading and easy removal of material from the reactor housing. The size of the cells can be changed upon the customer's request. The container is typically made of mesh material with a 1x1 mm cell. The heating jacket can be mounted directly on the reactor housing. Additionally, the heating element can be installed on a special heat-conducting metal sleeve. The gap between the sleeve and the reactor is minimal. The rotary mechanism is necessary for convenient unloading and loading of materials. Additionally, the rotary mechanism allows for flipping the container 180 degrees.
