High-Temperature Reactor LEHTR
Chemical High-Temperature Reactor LEHT have a built-in electric heating system (heating element) for operation at temperatures up to +300°C. The heating control panel displays the temperature on the reactor wall, as well as the temperature from an external RT100 sensor inserted into the medium. The user can easily adjust the heating rate of the system, as well as set temperature limits to prevent overheating.
Features:
- The lid is fixed to the stand along with the entire top assembly (condensers, pumps, sensors, etc.), so the vessel can be easily removed.
- The vessel can be removed manually or with the help of a lift.
- The bottom valve is attached using a quick-release tri-clamp connection, making it easy to remove and clean after each synthesis.
- The reactor has a bottom outlet without a "dead" volume, allowing for good mixing of the product.
- The reactor has a sealed design (can operate under vacuum or slight positive pressure).
- The mixing elements are interchangeable. After removing the vessel, the user can easily replace the mixing element. The main mixing elements are propeller, anchor, spiral, with possible variations.
- Depending on the task and volume of the reactor, drives of different power are selected, ranging from laboratory stirrers to motor gearboxes.
- It is possible to use fluoroplastic and glass components, for example, for adding reagents or condensing vapors.
