Chemical Reactor With Thermostat LECRTSET1500 Series
A chemical reactor with a thermostat is an essential solution when it is important to maintain a stable temperature over a long period of time. A special liquid heating system allows the autoclave to be used at temperatures up to 250°C. The standard version of the unit has three temperature sensors. Two sensors are located on the body, and one is located in the thermostat heating bath. The presence of three sensors ensures high accuracy in maintaining the temperature inside the system.
The chemical reactor with a thermostat in the standard version has a threaded lid, which allows for easy and convenient sealing of the autoclave. The autoclave lid is equipped with a number of seals that guarantee the absolute tightness of the system. There are control valves for high-pressure lines on the front panel of the unit. A safety valve is installed on the output line to prevent unwanted pressure buildup.
Control of the chemical reactor with a thermostat is carried out using special software. The control unit can optionally be equipped with a spark protection system. Upon request, it is possible to implement control of several units using one control unit. Data is regularly recorded throughout the experiment. The unit has a sufficient internal volume, which allows samples of materials to be placed inside. Optionally, a set of containers for loading material is supplied with the unit.

Features

Lid sealing system

The autoclave lid has three sealing circuits. The special design of the seals allows for easy tightening of the lid, as the tightness is achieved not by tightening the lid. The sealing ring in the standard version is made of materials such as VITON and PTFE.

Pressure sensor
The pressure sensor transmits the recorded readings to the control unit, where they are processed and displayed on the PC screen.
Safety valve
The safety valve protects the system from mechanical damage caused by excessive pressure buildup. When the set parameters are exceeded, the valve releases excess pressure.
Heat insulating
The heat-insulating jacket tightly surrounds the heating bath, which reduces heat loss and allows the set parameters to be reached more quickly.
Two-part lid

The autoclave lid consists of two parts. This is necessary for convenience during sealing of the unit. The central part of the lid can rotate independently of the threaded part, so the inlet and outlet on the lid do not change their position when tightened or loosened.
Special thread treatment

To ensure easy tightening and loosening of the autoclave lid, the threads undergo a special hardening process that eliminates the possibility of thread seizure. Additionally, a special coating is applied to the thread surface, increasing its service life.
Safe housing

All components of the unit are placed inside a special metal housing, which ensures safety when working with the unit. The operator only has access to the control panel.
Interchangeable central part

The laboratory reactor with a thermostat allows for conducting a wide range of experiments. In some experiments, additional sensors or ports may be required. To solve this problem, a lid with an interchangeable central segment has been developed. To replace the central part, it is necessary to uninstall the locking ring and remove the central segment from the threaded part.

The installation comes equipped with high-pressure and high-temperature FITOK fittings in the standard configuration. FITOK fittings meet the highest requirements and guarantee safe operation throughout the entire service life.



Sapphire cell Mixing device High-pressure precision pump The reactor can be equipped with sapphire windows. These windows allow for visual observation of processes occurring under thermobaric conditions. The reactor vessel can be entirely made of sapphire. A mixing device with a magnetic coupling provides efficient mixing of fluids with different viscosities under conditions of high pressure and temperature. A plunger precision high-pressure pump delivers substances with a maximum pressure of 1000 bar and an accuracy of 0.0005 ml. 


Control block Cooling circuit Sampling system The control unit allows for monitoring and recording of experimental parameters during the reaction process. The control unit can be equipped with either a touchscreen or can output data to a PC. The cooling system is designed for fast and efficient cooling of the reactor contents. The system can be cooled by air, liquid, or a heat transfer fluid. The cooling system is made of materials that are corrosion-resistant in the autoclave's working environment. One of the most common options in medium-sized reactors. The sampling system consists of a dip tube, three shut-off valves, and a sampling cylinder.

The size of the cells can be changed upon the customer's request. The container is typically made of mesh material with a 1x1 mm cell. The heating jacket can be mounted directly on the reactor housing. Additionally, the heating element can be installed on a special heat-conducting metal sleeve. The gap between the sleeve and the reactor is minimal. The rotary mechanism is necessary for convenient unloading and loading of materials. Additionally, the rotary mechanism allows for flipping the container 180 degrees.
