The Chemical Reactor with Stirrer LECRSSET2000 Series is professional laboratory equipment that offers an extensive range of options and possibilities. LECRSSET2000 autoclaves are particularly flexible in terms of settings and configurations. This reactor can be equipped with a stirring device with a magnetic coupling. The magnetic coupling isolates the mixer shaft from the motor, ensuring the long-term operation of the mixing device in conditions of high pressure and temperature.
Before producing the chemical reactor with a stirrer, it is important to determine the viscosity of the mixed medium to make the correct choice of the stirrer servo drive. All LECRSSET2000 SMS mixing devices are equipped with a servo drive or stepper motor as standard, allowing for fast and accurate regulation of the stirrer shaft's speed. The impeller of the blade stirrer can be designed in various configurations, and a turbine impeller can also be installed.
The Chemical Reactor with Stirrer LECRSSET2000 Series is also equipped with a product cooling circuit. The circuit is presented in the form of a coil made of high-quality corrosion-resistant steel. Water, liquid nitrogen, and other coolants can be used as the circulating liquid. In addition to the stirrer and cooling circuit, the autoclave is equipped with a rotating mechanism and a pneumatic lifting mechanism. The operator can control the installation and record the experiment's parameters using the control unit. The control unit is equipped with a touch screen, and a laptop may also be included in the package.

Features:
- The LECRSSET2000 Series autoclave with a threaded connection has a specially designed cover. The central part of the cover can rotate independently of the external threaded part, making it easy and quick to seal the vessel.
- The heating jacket with ceramic heating elements is installed with minimal clearance from the reactor body. A thermal insulation layer and a protective jacket are located around the heating elements.
- Thanks to the rotating mechanism, the installation can be rotated 180 degrees during the experiment. If a sapphire window is installed, it becomes possible to visually observe the sample recovery process.
Reactor Cover Seal:

The standard LECRSSET2000 autoclave is equipped with VITON or PTFE seals. PTFE and VITON seals have high chemical resistance in conditions of high temperature (up to 250 degrees Celsius) and high pressure. Graphite or metal seals are used for higher temperatures (up to 900 degrees Celsius).

Magnetic Stirrer:
The installation is equipped with a stirring device with a magnetic drive, allowing electronic components to be isolated from the autoclave's internal environment. The magnetic coupling effectively transfers torque to the stirrer shaft.
Pressure Sensor / Pressure Gauge:
The Chemical Reactor with Stirrer LECRSSET2000 Series can be equipped with either an analog pressure gauge or a pressure sensor. The pressure sensor allows for recording pressure data during the experiment.
Rupture Disc:
The safety rupture disc is an integral part of each installation. It serves to prevent the destruction of the installation components. When the specified parameters are exceeded, the disc ruptures and releases the pressure that has built up inside the reactor.
Valve:
At the customer's request, the chemical reactor can be equipped with fittings from any production brand. The reactor is equipped with FITOK valves as standard. FITOK valves meet the highest safety and quality requirements.
Temperature Sensor:
The temperature sensor can be located either inside the reactor vessel or on the top cover (as close as possible to the medium). The type of temperature sensor used depends on the customer's requirements.
Control Panel:
The control panel is equipped with a touch screen. The control panel allows for lowering and raising the reactor body using a pneumatic lift. In addition, the control panel is capable of recording experiment data (pressure, temperature, stirrer shaft speed).
Heating Jacket:
The autoclave heating jacket is equipped with ceramic heating elements. To reduce heat loss, thermal insulation is located around the heating elements. The protective cover allows the operator to work safely with the installation.
Swivel Mechanism:
The reactor body is attached to a swivel mechanism that allows the reactor to be rotated 180 degrees. The rotation can be performed during the experiment.
Aluminum Frame:
All reactor components are fixed on an aluminum frame. The lightweight, durable, and long-lasting aluminum profile ensures ease of transportation and assembly.
Device for tilting the reactor body

The reactor body can be tilted up to 180 degrees. Tilting, rotating, and flipping the body is possible during the experiment. Thanks to the ability to rotate the autoclave, loading and unloading components as well as the cleaning process is significantly facilitated.
Magnetic stirrer

The chemical reactor is equipped with a magnetic stirrer. The transfer of torque is provided by a magnetic coupling. The design of the stirrer provides for the possibility of disassembling it for cleaning components. The magnetic coupling unit is located at a sufficient distance from the surface of the lid to ensure optimal temperature of the magnetic coupling.
Fast heating and cooling

The LECRSSET2000 Series autoclave is equipped with a heating jacket with ceramic heating elements and a cooling circuit. This allows for fast and precise attainment of the required temperature inside the reactor vessel.
Two-piece cover

The reactor lid consists of two parts: 1) threaded part and 2) central part. Both parts of the lid are connected by a bearing unit. This solution allows the threaded part to rotate independently of the central part. During the sealing of the system, all fittings and connectors can remain in place. The thread is coated with a special protective layer that prevents premature wear of the thread.

The standard configuration of the equipment includes high pressure and temperature FITOK fittings. FITOK fittings meet the highest requirements and guarantee safe operation throughout the service life.

These windows allow for visual observation of processes occurring under thermobaric conditions. The reactor vessel can be entirely made of sapphire. A mixing device with a magnetic coupling provides efficient mixing of fluids with different viscosities under conditions of high pressure and temperature. A plunger precision high-pressure pump delivers substances with a maximum pressure of 1000 bar and an accuracy of 0.0005 ml.

One of the most common options in medium-sized reactors. The sampling system consists of a dip tube, three shut-off valves, and a sampling cylinder.

The size of the cells can be changed upon the customer's request. The container is typically made of mesh material with a 1x1 mm cell. The heating jacket can be mounted directly on the reactor housing. Additionally, the heating element can be installed on a special heat-conducting metal sleeve. The gap between the sleeve and the reactor is minimal. The rotary mechanism is necessary for convenient unloading and loading of materials. Additionally, the rotary mechanism allows for flipping the container 180 degrees.
