  • The Chemical Reactor LECRSET50 is the best solution for your laboratory. Autoclaves of this series have a special flexibility of configurations, allowing for efficient experimentation. Thanks to the small volume of the reactor, as well as the special design and principle of operation of the heating element, minimal inertia is ensured during heating. The reactor lid can be made to meet customer requirements and preferences. The standard autoclave body has a cylindrical button at the bottom for easy removal of the Teflon cup (if included).

    Highly corrosion-resistant alloys are used in the production of chemical reactors. High-quality materials allow for working with aggressive environments such as alkalis, acids, organic solvents, ethers, and other substances. The autoclave line has a flexible sealing system, allowing for absolute sealing of the vessel, as well as all its nodes and connections under specified conditions. This allows for working with hydrogen, superfluid substances, as well as substances in a supercritical state.

    Our engineers can adapt the chemical reactor to your requirements. The high-pressure hardware used in LECRSET50 reactors meets the highest requirements, and all hardware has the necessary certificates. All autoclaves undergo factory certification at parameters twice the working parameters.

    Features

    • Due to its small volume, the reactor is capable of reaching operating parameters very quickly. This significantly reduces the experimental time and ensures accelerated production of the reaction product. Working with small volumes is safer.
    • Small-volume autoclaves allow the user to obtain a high-quality installation at a better price. In addition, achieving high pressure and temperature readings is easier in chemical reactors with smaller volumes. The smaller the volume, the greater the parameters.
    • The installation can be made in a desktop version, which allows significant space savings in the laboratory.

    Reactor lis sealing

    The reactor lid is made of Hastelloy C-276 or optionally coated with Teflon on the inside, allowing for operation with aggressive media. The upper surface of the Teflon cup acts as a seal and provides unparalleled sealing.

    Rupture Disc

    A rupture disc is used to prevent the destruction of the reactor vessel. The rupture disc is installed on the frame in such a way that emergency pressure relief is safe for the operator.

    Pressure Sensor/Manometer

    The LECRSET50 Series chemical reactor can be equipped with both an analog manometer and a pressure sensor. The pressure sensor allows for recording pressure data during the experiment.

    Valve

    Upon the Customer's request, the chemical reactor can be equipped with hardware from any manufacturer. As a standard, the reactor is equipped with FITOK valves. FITOK valves meet the highest safety and quality requirements.

    Temperature Sensor

    The temperature sensor is located as close as possible to the internal environment of the reactor. There is a special mounting location for the thermocouple in the reactor cover. The thickness of the metal at the installation location is minimized for the specified parameters.

    Heating Jacket

    The heating jacket is equipped with ceramic heating elements, thermal insulation, and a protective cover to reduce the likelihood of operator burns. Thanks to the thermal insulation, we were able to reduce heat losses during heating.

    Swivel Guide

    The housing of the chemical reactor is attached to a swivel guide. The swivel guide provides convenience in loading/unloading products from the reactor.

    Aluminum Frame

    All reactor components are fixed on an aluminum frame. The lightweight, durable, and long-lasting aluminum profile provides ease in transportation and assembly.

    Lid and body with thread

    In the case of a threaded connection of the lid, the central part of the reactor lid can rotate freely around its axis. This makes the vessel sealing process simple and fast, and the hardware is not subjected to rotation.

    Flexibility of configurations

    You can order a chemical reactor in a customized design. For example, you can choose the material for each component of the installation. The hardware used in our systems is extremely reliable, but upon request from the client, the system can be equipped with any hardware that meets the technical requirements.     Extracting a Teflon beaker

    Due to thermal expansion, extracting the beaker can be difficult. To solve this problem, a special insert is provided at the bottom of the housing, which makes it easy to extract the Teflon beaker!

    Hardware

    As part of the standard equipment, the unit is equipped with FITOK high pressure and high temperature hardware. FITOK hardware meets the highest requirements and ensures safe operation throughout the entire service life.

  • Sapphire cell Mixing device High-pressure precision pump
    The reactor can be equipped with sapphire windows. These windows allow for visual observation of processes occurring under thermobaric conditions. The reactor vessel can be entirely made of sapphire. A mixing device with a magnetic coupling provides efficient mixing of fluids with different viscosities under conditions of high pressure and temperature. A plunger precision high-pressure pump delivers substances with a maximum pressure of 1000 bar and an accuracy of 0.0005 ml.

    The control unit allows for monitoring and recording of experimental parameters during the reaction process. The control unit can be equipped with either a touchscreen or can output data to a PC. The cooling system is designed for fast and efficient cooling of the reactor contents. The system can be cooled by air, liquid, or a heat transfer fluid. The cooling system is made of materials that are corrosion-resistant in the autoclave's working environment. One of the most common options in medium-sized reactors. The sampling system consists of a dip tube, three shut-off valves, and a sampling cylinder.

    The material container provides convenient loading and easy removal of material from the reactor housing. The size of the cells can be changed upon the customer's request. The container is typically made of mesh material with a 1x1 mm cell. The heating jacket can be mounted directly on the reactor housing. Additionally, the heating element can be installed on a special heat-conducting metal sleeve. The gap between the sleeve and the reactor is minimal. The rotary mechanism is necessary for convenient unloading and loading of materials. Additionally, the rotary mechanism allows for flipping the container 180 degrees.
