Combinatorial Chemistry LECC
Features:
- A rapid parallel multi-reactor station under diverse gases for numerous screening applications such as catalysis testing, Zeolite synthesis, hydrogenation, carbonylation, oxydation etc.
- The system is based on the sequencing of drawers containing 10 small-volume autoclaves (around 5ml).
- Each autoclave can be set up for pressures reaching up to 100 bar.
- It is possible to regroup ramps into modules, or for wider screening, to use each ramp under different and independent temperatures and pressures.
- The whole system can be completed by a robot who automatically and very precisely prepares mixtures from reactant tanks.
- At the end of the reactions, filtration ramps may allow solids formed during the reactions to be collected and compressed as pastilles which can be analyzed by a diffractometer.
- A modular and complete piece of equipment which permits extensive screening operations to be rapidly carried out.
