Medium-pressure Reactors LEMPR

Medium-pressure Reactors LEMPR made from chemically resistant metals. The reactors are custom-made to meet the customer's requirements and are equipped with all necessary additional equipment (thermostats, pumps, etc.).

Features:

• Working volume ranges from 1 to 200 liters or more.
• Working pressure up to 3-15 bar, working temperature up to 200-300°C.
• Depending on the task, reactors can be made of stainless steels, including those with Teflon coating, chemically resistant alloys, and titanium.
• The material of the sealing ring on the lid depends on the working temperature and aggressiveness of the environment: Viton, Kalrez, PTFE, or metal sealing.
• To heat/cool the product, the vessel is equipped with a jacket into which a heat-transfer fluid is supplied using a liquid thermostat or steam. Reactors can be equipped with an insulation jacket to reduce heat loss. In addition, the vessel can be single-walled, in which case it is heated with a special mat.
• Sensors, valves, and hoses are mounted on the lid using Tri-clamp and threaded connections.
• For the pharmaceutical industry, reactors are made in accordance with GMP cleanliness requirements.
• It is possible to equip the reactor system with a lifting mechanism for lowering the vessel, a lifting mechanism for the lid with stirrer, and a turning mechanism for turning the vessel.
• The system with all related equipment can be installed on a mobile base. The equipment is easy to disassemble and wash, and the surface polishing allows working with a wide range of substances that require a high degree of purity.
• The process is controlled using a control unit.
