  • Zirconium reactor exhibits excellent resistance to corrosive attack in most organic and inorganic acids, salt solutions, strong alkalis, and some molten salts. Especially, zirconium offers excellent resistance to hydrochloric acids, but oxidizing ions such as ferric, cupric and fluorides must be avoided.

    Main application: Hydrochloric acids; Acetic Acid; Melamine; Nitric Acid; Sulfuric Acid; Sodium Hydroxide.

    • When the thickness of titanium exceeds 10mm, cladding plates could be considered, including base material for strength and clad material for anti-corrosion.
    • Low to high torque magnetic couplings: static seal with no leakage.
    • Accurate Impeller selected for the mixing mission and requires.
    • Internal cooling coil, vent port, liquid/powder charging, dip tube, thermowell, safety rupture disc, pressure safety valve, flush bottom outlet, baffles, light & sight glass, handhole/manhole, etc.
    • Nozzles, manual/automated valves, fittings, control panel & accessories are offered based on the requirement.
