Jacketed Pressure Reactor LEJPR - this series adopts magnetic coupling drive, which is suitable for chemical reactions with high sealing requirements, toxic and explosive. The jacket design is a method for hot oil heating, steam heating, hot water heating, including Dimpled, Half-pipe, Standard several type.

Large scale production: 1000L-40 m3 available
Max pressure: 200 bar; Max temperature up to 350 ℃
Available material：SS304, SS316, Titanium, Nickel, Hastelloy B/C, Monel, Zirconium, Inconel.
When the pressure is large, cladding plates could be considered, including base material for strength and clad material for anti-corrosion.
Low to high torque magnetic couplings: static seal with no leakage.
Heating type: Oil electric heating; Thermal oil heating; Steam heating; Hot water; Far infrared heating available.
Heating Jacket type: Standard; Dimpled; Half-pipe available.
Internal cooling coil, vent port, liquid / powder charging, dip tube, thermowell, safety rupture disc, pressure safety valve, flush bottom outlet, baffles, light & sight glass, handhole / manhole etc.
