High Pressure Heat Exchanger and Condenser LEHPHEC

  • Stainless steel shell and tubes tubular heat exchanger cooler are very popular and commonly found in industrial use. This is mainly due to their versatility.

A shell and tube exchanger consists of a shell, tube bundle and two heads or caps at both ends of the shell. By selecting different configurations of these basic parts, we can have many different types of shell & tube heat exchangers.

Appliation: Evaporating, Heating, Condensing, Cooling process.

  • Fixed tube exchanger

    • Low cost because of simple structure
    • Muti- pass shell available
    • Easy cleanning by removing the head, but not for the dirty fluid

    U tube exchanger

    • Only one tube sheet in U shaped
    • Tubes can freely expand, which is suitble for high temperature difference

    Floating head exchanger

    • One head is free to expand or floating in the shell side
    • Applicated in high temperature difference, as the tubes are free to expand
    • The floating head cover can be easily removed
    • Dirty and fouling services can also be used
    • The most versatile exchanger but respectively expensive

    Features

    • High heat transfer coefficient
    • High pressure and high temperature application
    • Less solid fouling;
    • Less floor space and compact design
    • Tube material: CS, Aluminium, Stainless steel, Titanium, Copper alloy, Inconel, Nickel, Hastelloy
    • Shell material:CS, SS304, SS316, Titanium, Alloy steel, Copper.
    • Other materials available upon request.
