Conventional Jacketed High Pressure Vessels LECJHPV

  • Conventional Jacketed High Pressure Vessels LECJHPV - this serie Hot sale Conventional Jacketed high pressure vessels are applicated in the hydrogen storage, which is under the high pressure enviroment. The higher the working pressure of pressure vessels is, the thicker the wall of cylinder should be. If the vessel thickness exceeds 16mm, cladding plates could be considered, base material used for strength and clad material used for anti-corrosion function.

    Pressure vessels are enclosed containers used to hold liquids, vapors, and gases at a pressure significantly higher or lower than the ambient pressure. They are widely used in various industries such as petrochemical, oil and gas, chemical, and food processing industries. Equipment such as reactors, flash drums, separators, and heat exchangers are examples of pressure vessels.

  • Features

    • Large scale industrial scale production;
    • GB, ASME design and manufacture certificate.
    • Max pressure: 200 bar; Max temperature up to 350 ℃;
    • We offer carbon steel, stainless steel, or most exotic alloys such as Hastelloy, Monel, or Inconel;
    • When the pressure is large, cladding plates could be considered, including base material for strength and clad material for anti-corrosion.
    • Internal cooling coil, vent port, liquid / powder charging, dip tube, thermowell, safety rupture disc, pressure safety valve, flush bottom outlet, baffles, light & sight glass, handhole / manhole etc.
    • We offer various internal and external finishes for our products.
    • Lugs or floor stand leg support.

    Each pressure vessel must be operated within its design temperature and pressure, which is the pressure vessel‘s safety limits. The design, construction, and testing of pressure vessels are extensively carried out by knowledgeable personnel and are governed by regulations because the accidental release and leakage of its contents is a danger to its surrounding environment.
