Lab Pressure Reactor with External Condenser, Relux and Receiver LELPRECRR

  • Lab Pressure Reactor with External Condenser, Relux and Receiver LELPRECRR - two styles of condensers for attachment to the head of a stirred reactor or pressure vessel. These can be made in various sizes to match the size of the reactor.

    • Reflux model: The external condenser consists of a tube line connect to the vapor outlet port of the high pressure reactor, helping the vapor to condense, then the oulet port of the condenser connect the reflux port of the cover of the reactor. Condensed vapors are returned directly to the vessel. This system helps the mixture to fully react until it is completely reacted.
    • Receiving model: This series of reactor system includes the laboratory high pressure reactor, equipped with multi-stage condenser and recovery tank, which can be used in the application of vapor condensation recovery. Condensed vapors from the condenser, can be condensed and collected in the receiver, from which it can be withdrawn through a bottom valve.

    Appication: Polymerization reaction; Vacuum distillation; Solvent recovery; Laboratory test.
