  • Continues Pilot Reactor with Bottom Drain Valve LECPRBDV - high pressure pilot reactor with bottom drain valve can realize continuous chemical process, which is suitable for better fluidity, less particles and continuous process requirements.

    The standard bottom drain valve has a rising rod, which is flush with the bottom of the internal cylinder, so there is no dead angle between the bottom of the container and the closing point of the valve. In the fully open position, the valve stem is completely retracted to open a channel to discharge the container.

    Bottom valves are very compact, available for different operating conditions and functions. Needle valves and ball valves can also be installed as bottom outlet valves. Needle valves are generally used on the smaller reactors. While ball valves can be used for large discharge passages, they are generally limited in their operating temperature/pressure capabilities.
