Sample Cylinders LESC
The sampling system consists of one or more samplers, a dipping tube, and shut-off valves. The samplers can be equipped with quick disconnect fittings for easy connection and disconnection of cylinders in the high-pressure line. The system can be mounted on a special panel, allowing the operator to easily and quickly sample gas and/or liquid. All parts of the system are made of high-quality materials resistant to corrosion.
The samplers, valves, and tubes can be coated with a special coating that allows the sampling cylinders made of stainless steel grades 304, 316, 321 to work with substances containing hydrogen sulfide in concentrations of more than 2%. Thanks to this coating, it is possible to maintain a low cost of the system and provide the ability to work with aggressive media.
In addition to the special coating, the sampler can be made of Hastelloy C-276, which provides reliable storage and transportation of samples under thermobaric conditions. Sampling systems are characterized by ease of use and high reliability. Samplers can have different volumes and configurations. In the standard version, the sampling cylinders are equipped with handles for transportation. The kit may include a special case for carrying sampled specimens.

Handle for transportation
A special handle is provided for convenient transportation of the sampling cylinders. The handle is made of stainless steel, which prevents corrosion and provides sufficient strength. The handle has clamps for fixation on the cylinder. Due to the wide range of adjustment of the clamp diameter, the handle can be used with different cylinders.
Valve
A sampling cylinder can be equipped with either needle or ball valves.
Sampling cylinder
A sampling cylinder can have different volumes. Typically, standard sampling cylinders can operate at pressures up to 150 bar. Inside the cylinder, a special coating can be applied to increase corrosion resistance against hydrogen sulfide at high concentrations.
