Mesh Container For Autoclave LEMCA
The mesh container is designed for loading material into a chemical reactor. The container is made of SS321 stainless steel, which allows its use in aggressive environments. Upon request, the container can be made from Hastelloy C-276 or titanium. In the standard configuration, the container is equipped with a mesh lid.
The size of the mesh container cell may vary depending on the loaded material. In the standard design, the cell size is 1x1 mm. For strength, the container can have a metal frame. The container fits perfectly into the chemical reactor. The container can be equipped with a special handle for easy removal from the autoclave.
Special protrusions are provided in the reactor vessel for the mesh container (if it is necessary to provide a gap between the bottom of the reactor). Upon customer request, the container may have a sleeve shape, which allows the use of a magnetic stirrer together with the container. The stirrer shaft can rotate freely without contacting the walls of the container.

MUFL CONTAINER
A mufl container can be used with a top-driven stirrer, as it does not obstruct the rotation of the stirrer shaft.

STANDARD CONTAINER
The standard container can be equipped with a removable lid and a removable bottom. The lower part of the container may have a technological gap between the edge and the bottom of the reactor.
