  • The heating jacket for a chemical reactor provides fast and accurate heating of the product to the desired temperature. After reaching the necessary temperature, the heating jacket can maintain the set temperature for a long time. Ceramic heating elements are used in the standard configuration of our jackets. Such heating elements are capable of heating the reactor vessel up to 900 °C.

    The heating jacket for a chemical reactor is connected to the control unit, which allows it to perform heating according to a specified program. The heating intensity is regulated by the software. To reduce heat loss around the heating element, special insulation is placed around it. This saves electricity and reduces the time it takes to reach the set temperature.

    The heating jacket for a chemical reactor is equipped with a protective cover. The cover is necessary for safe operation of the unit. Thanks to the protective cover, the heating element is isolated from the external environment, and the cover reduces the risk of burns. The heating element is equipped with an individual thermocouple located as close as possible to the heating element.

    This location provides the control unit with accurate data on the current temperature of the heating element. The second temperature sensor is installed as close as possible to the heated medium (inside the chemical reactor), and the control unit reads data from both sensors, which allows reducing the inertia of heating. The heating element of the jacket is located close to the reactor body (the gap is minimal), which achieves fast heating.

    Fast and precise heating

    Our heating jackets provide fast heating and precise temperature control. This is achieved thanks to the presence of two temperature sensors (one on the heating element, the other as close as possible to the medium). Special software calculates the optimal temperature for the heater, which reduces inertia during heating.

    BUSHING

    The bushing allows for easy removal of the autoclave from the heating jacket. The gap between the bushing and the reactor vessel is minimal, allowing for quick heating without energy loss.

    PROTECTIVE COVER

    The protective cover of the heating jacket allows for the isolation of the heating element from the external environment, as well as reducing the risk of burns.

    GUIDES

    The vertical guides allow for easy lifting and lowering of the heating jacket.
