The Smith Turbine was designed to reduce the power decrease of the impeller under gassed conditions, which have six semicircular blade and one flat plate.
Features
- Radial flow type impeller.
- Half pipe shaped blades improves gas handling while reducing energy cost.
- Good contacting for liquid-liquid and gas-liquid dispersions.
- Application: High shear mixing and medium to high duty gas dispersion.
