Features:
- The main feature of the LE-SET/SMS mixer is the magnetic coupling that allows for mixing in thermobaric conditions. The coupling provides complete sealing, isolates electronic components of the device, and effectively transfers the torque from the servo drive to the shaft.
- The mixer shaft has a standardized thread and allows for the installation of any compatible impeller. Our engineers will help you choose an impeller or develop a new one.
- Our mixers are equipped with servo drives or stepper motors, which provide accurate and fast adjustment of the shaft rotation speed. For high-temperature operation, the magnetic coupling can be equipped with additional cooling.
Options:
- Coating of contacting surfaces with PTFE
- Additional cooling of the magnetic coupling
- Exclusive flange for connection
- Impeller with variable geometry
- Shaft with substance feeding channel
- A magnetic stirrer with a magnetic coupling can be equipped with additional cooling, which is necessary for mixing media at high temperatures (above 250°C).
- Various types of impellers can be used with the stirrer.
- Additionally, an impeller with adjustable blade geometry can be installed.
- The control unit can be equipped with a touch screen, allowing the selection of the stirring speed and braking modes.
Dismantlable design

During the operation of the magnetic coupling mixing device, it is necessary to periodically clean the elements that come into contact with the medium. The LE-SET/SMS magnetic stirrer can be easily disassembled into separate parts to remove reaction products and other substances from the surfaces of the shaft, coupling, and impeller.

IMPELLER
The impeller of the mixer is threaded to securely connect to the shaft and can be easily replaced with another.
MIXER SHAFT
The shaft is connected to the impeller and magnetic coupling via a threaded connection. The shaft has an internal channel for substance delivery through the mixer. Typically, the shaft has an internal cavity that connects to the impeller.
CONNECTION TO AUTOCLAVE LID
The magnetic mixer is connected to the chemical reactor via a threaded connection through the central seating hole.
MAGNETIC COUPLING
The magnetic coupling is used for the isolated transmission of torque from the electric motor to the mixer shaft.
ELECTRIC MOTOR (SERVO DRIVE) HOUSING
The servo drive can be housed in an individual corrosion-resistant casing. The servo drive provides precise and fast regulation of the mixer shaft rotation speed.
Feeding of substances through the impeller

The impeller has holes around its perimeter and at the threaded connection. Gases and liquids can be fed directly through the impeller during mixing.
